Cookies and Beans är en countrytrio som består av Charlotte Centervall, Linda Ström och Frida Öhrn. De har spelat ihop sen 2003.

Allt började i en källarlokal på söder där dom gjorde sin första spelning. Det var mest en kul grej för vänner och familj, men gensvaret och känslan som dom själva fick under spelningen var överväldigande.

Det är något som händer när tre starka personliga röster hittar samklang utan att kom-promissa med det egna uttrycket. Det är det som är grejen med CnB, dom lyfter och stärker varandra.

Efter källarspelningen har det rullat på i en rasande fart, och vid det är laget har dom drygt 200 spelningar i bagaget. Så som Lida countryfestival, Furuviks countryfestival, Torsåkers countryfestival. Dom har även haft en egen klubb under 2 års tid på anrika Stampen i stockholm där dom frälst allt från konservativa countryfreaks till trendiga citykids.

CnB spelar country med hjärta och själ. Det har hänt mer än en gång att vuxna råbarkade karlar har fallit i gråt, men det är inte bara hjärt-skärande ballader som bjuds. Kakorna levererar även taktfast, rå, svettig country som du inte kan stå still till.

Dom stora influenserna är den genialiska Dolly Parton, Lucinda Williams med sin kärvhet, Gram Parson och Emy Lou Harris med sitt vemod och många fler.

I mars 2007 släppte CnB sitt första album, Tales from a trailer trash soul, ett album fyllt av deras favorit countrylåtar.

Cookies n' Beans is a Swedish country trio, it consist three female singers / guitarists / harmonica players, Charlotte Centervall, Linda Ström and Frida Öhrn. They've been playing together since 2003.

It all began in a basement in the south of Stockholm city where they did their first gig. They invited their family and friends to a concert they did just for fun. But the response and the feeling they got during the concert was over-whelming.

Something happens when three characteristic voices finds harmony without compromising with the personal expression. That's the thing with CnB, they lift up and strengthen each other.
Since the concert in the basement everything happened very fast, and by now they have done over 200 concerts.

They've been playing at all the big country festivals in Scandinavia. Since two years back they've had their own country club in the heart of Stockholm. And in summer 2008 they're planning on a small tour around Europe.

CnB sings country music with heart and soul. It has happened more than once that they've made grown up men cry like babies. They love to sing heartbreaking country ballades, but that's not all. CnB also delivers rhythmic, raw, intense, burning country music. Their act is totally captivating!

Their influences are the brilliant Dolly Parton, Lucinda Williams,Gram Parson, Emy Lou Harris, Dixie Chicks and many more.

In mars 2007 they recorded their first album, "Tales from a trailer trash soul". It contains CnB favourite country songs.
